Yamaha Launches Online Outdoors Tip of the Week

Outdoor Experts Offer Up Real World Examples for Hunters and Enthusiasts

CYPRESS, Calif. – January 2, 2008 -- Yamaha Outdoors, the leading ATV and Side-by-Side (SxS) vehicle manufacturer for outdoor enthusiasts, has launched a new online Tip of the Week from its main consumer web site.  The weekly Tips include seasonal information on outdoor topics of interest to hunters, farmers, ranchers and other outdoor enthusiasts who own ATVs and SxS vehicles.

As the Outdoors Tip of the Week introduction states: “Yamaha is dedicated to the Outdoors, and we are creating these weekly Tips for anyone who enjoys getting outside on their Yamaha off-road vehicle – whether for work or play, for hunting or farming, or simply for a leisurely trail ride.”

On a weekly basis, outdoor experts including respected journalists, industry partners and friends illustrate real world examples through short stories and personal photographs.  Authors focus on the lifestyle and situations that readers live everyday and incorporate relevant ATV and SxS usage scenarios.

“Yamaha’s Outdoors Tip of the Week provides an opportunity to show some actual examples for ways outdoorsmen can get more out of their vehicles,” said Yamaha’s ATV/SxS marketing manager, Steve Nessl.  “We have recruited some great writers to help Yamaha Outdoors create a catalogue of relevant and quality stories for our web site.”

The Tip of the Week is located on the Yamaha Outdoors main News web page, and an archive of past tips is linked from the bottom of the page.
